What happens after you send it

Acknowledgement
Your enquiry is logged and assigned to a named manager, who will follow the file through to the proposal.

Review and questions
We go through the documents you sent and come back on what is missing: quantities, drawings, site constraints, contractual dates.

Site visit
As soon as the nature of the works warrants it, we come to site. Serious pricing is not done from drawings alone.

Proposal
Pricing itemised by work item, the construction methods allowed for, an outline programme and the assumptions we are committing to.
