Data collected

This website collects personal data only when you provide it voluntarily, by completing the enquiry or contact form. The data concerned is: name, company name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry.

Purpose

This data is used solely to handle your enquiry: assessing a project, preparing a proposal, answering a technical or commercial question, and managing the relationship that follows. It is not used for unsolicited marketing, and is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for ALTAVORY SARL staff handling your enquiry, together with the technical provider that transmits form submissions, strictly to the extent necessary for that transmission. Browsing data is subject to separate processing, described under “Cookies and analytics”.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, then for the duration of the commercial relationship, and finally for the statutory retention periods applicable to commercial records.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object to data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to contact@altavory.com.

You may also contact the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies, carries out no commercial profiling and sells no data.

It does however use Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google, to understand how pages are consulted and to improve the site. This service is active from the moment a page opens. It sets cookies on your device and sends browsing data to Google: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address.

This data is used for statistical purposes only. It is not combined with the information you submit through the forms, and is used neither to identify you nor to contact you.

The data collected is processed by Google LLC, which may transfer it outside Morocco. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

Opting out

Several options are available to you, all of them within your browser:

  • install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, which applies to every site you visit;
  • use a tracker-blocking extension, or a browser that includes one;
  • block third-party cookies in your browser settings, or browse in private mode;
  • write to us at contact@altavory.com to exercise your rights under Law 09-08.

Apart from this analytics measurement, only one item strictly necessary for the site to function is used: remembering the language you selected.
